TekNecks was founded around a network management methodology developed by Michael Kohn over a 30-year career in the real estate and technology industries. Our focus on Intelligent Building Networks is rather unique in our field. We do not compete with your technology integrators, we simply work right alongside them, and help them succeed in their role.

In many cases, these systems communicate back to a central monitor station, either onsite, or at a shared facility.
Meet Michael Kohn
Michael Kohn is the Founder, President, and Chief Technologist at TekNecks, LLC. Michael is involved in general operations, as well as providing high-level consulting services in the areas of Intelligent Building Networks, Technology Systems, Research, and Development. Michael also spends a significant amount of time in TekNecks’ Technology Research Center testing new products, ideas, and applications. His interest in powering nearly everything from the network puts him at the head of the pack when it comes to PoE technologies
EXPERIENCE
Michael founded TekNecks in 2001 after spending 10 years in the Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management industries. He possesses a unique ability to meld the real estate and technology worlds into one cohesive strategy. Michael’s proven ability to develop long-term strategies, respect operational budgets and bring projects in on time places him at the ‘guru’ level when it comes to managing technology.

Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, MN
